Changing your mind for good is slow, ongoing, root work. We’ve sprinkled in the ingredient of time. Your entire instructional staff will have access to our coaching community for the rest of the school year.
Education is good. Application is better. During the normal course of their workday, your teachers will immediately apply the lessons from the Core Training and come to Weekly Live Coaching for help making the shift(s) that they are working on.

A: We coach on what we call the “Belief Triad,” the three areas of growth where teachers tend to experience the heaviest mindset blocks. Those areas are: their self-concept & professional identity, their leadership presence, and their work-life balance. We introduce these areas in our Core Training so that their coaching experiences are shared, within scope, and applicable to the whole community.
